Construction Materials
Shell: main structure made of 18 mm thick melamine chipboard panels, high density 650 kg/m³, with the 4 perimeter sides edged in melamine paper.
Open compartments, RN finish: made with panels reduced to 12 mm thickness to provide greater elegance and visual contrast with the main structure.
Glass doors, C_ finish: made of 4 mm thick glossy back-lacquered tempered glass. They are equipped with a perimeter frame in extruded aluminium and ABS opening knobs. The doors are fitted with anti-corrosion treated hinges with 105° opening and soft-closing system. Note: safety lock cannot be fitted on glass doors.
Top and finishing side panels: the external melamine finishing elements have a thickness of 12 mm and are edged on all 4 sides with 1 mm ABS edges.
Base and feet: the cabinet rests on a solid 18 mm thick melamine base, supported by square ABS feet, dimensions 40 x 40 x h 195 mm.
Certifications and Safety Standards
Emissions and safety: the chipboard panels guarantee very low formaldehyde emissions, below 50% of the limits required by European class E1, and comply with the strict American CARB PH 2 and TSCA Title VI standards.
Reaction to fire: the structural materials are certified with fire reaction class Ds2, d0 – Dfl-S1.
Sustainability, CAM & FSC: the product uses “Pannello Ecologico”, made of 100% recycled wood, and complies with the Minimum Environmental Criteria, CAM. Upon specific request, the melamine components can be supplied with FSC® certification for responsible forestry.
Testing and quality: the products are tested at the independent CATAS laboratory and manufactured in compliance with European EN/UNI standards.
