Construction Materials
Shell: made of 18 mm thick melamine chipboard panels, density 650 kg/m³. The perimeter edges are covered with melamine paper on all 4 sides.
Doors, melamine version: made of 18 mm thick melamine. They are fitted with 1 mm thick rounded ABS edges, radius 2 mm.
Top and finishing side panels: the melamine tops and side panels have a thickness of 12 mm, finished on all 4 sides with 1 mm thick ABS edging.
Base feet: the bottom of the sideboard is equipped with black ABS levelling feet, Ø 52 mm, height 1.8 cm, adjustable from inside the cabinet.
Certifications and Safety Standards
Emissions and material safety: the chipboard panels have low formaldehyde emissions, below 50% of class E1, and are fully compliant with CARB PH 2 and TSCA Title VI standards.
Reaction to fire: the materials used have fire reaction class Ds2, d0 – Dfl-S1.
Sustainability, CAM & FSC: the product complies with Minimum Environmental Criteria, CAM. The structure uses “Pannello Ecologico”, guaranteed 100% recycled wood. Melamine products can be supplied, on request, with FSC® forest certification, FSC® C143683.
Standards and quality: all products are designed in compliance with European EN/UNI product safety standards and tested at CATAS accredited laboratories.
