Construction Materials
Carcass and fronts: the entire structure and doors are made of sturdy 18 mm thick melamine panel, featuring an anti-reflective surface finish and protected along the edges with ABS edging.
Door hardware: the hinged doors are fitted with strong anti-corrosion treated metal hinges, featuring quick assembly, spring closing, 110° opening and millimetric 3-way adjustment. Opening is smooth and effortless through pressure thanks to the integrated push-pull system.
Base: the unit stands on elegant perimeter design feet made of ABS. To ensure maximum structural stability over a width of 184 cm, the base is also supported by additional sturdy central ABS feet in Titanium Grey.
Certifications and Safety Standards
Air quality (panel emissions): all melamine panels used have a very low formaldehyde content. Certified emissions are strictly below 50% of the limit set by the stringent European E1 classification, according to UNI EN 13986 Annex B, and fully comply with the strict U.S. EPA TSCA Title VI (CARB P2) North American standards.
