Construction Materials
External case and module structure: the entire frame is made of solid 18 mm thick melamine panels, with anti-reflective finish and protective ABS perimeter edges. The rear back panels are made of 3 mm thick wood fibre, matching the interior colour.
Internal shelves: designed for high load capacity, the shelves are made of melamine with increased thickness of 25 mm and ABS edging.
Hinged doors: made of 18 mm thick melamine. They are fitted with anti-corrosion treated metal hinges with quick assembly system, spring closing, 110° opening and full adjustment in 3 directions.
Opening system: perfectly smooth, handle-free fronts, equipped with push-pull mechanism for snap opening by simple pressure.
Base and feet: the cabinet rests on elegant perimeter feet, 11 cm high, made of solid painted metal. To prevent any flexing due to the cabinet width, the case includes central support feet in Titanium Grey ABS. Both the perimeter feet and the central feet allow height adjustment for optimal floor levelling.
Certifications and Safety Standards
Air quality and emissions: to ensure maximum healthiness in the workplace, all melamine panels used have very low formaldehyde content. Certified emissions are below 50% of the strict limit set for European E1 classification, UNI EN 13986 Annex B, and comply with the rigorous U.S. EPA TSCA Title VI, CARB P2, American standards.
